Really lovely country pub with friendly staff that are very easy to chat to and offer top notch service. Excellent menu with quality food.Decent amount of parking available, and is walking distance from the village in case there aren't any spaces left.Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and a children's play area is on site too. Perfect place for golfing for a few days with mates, so peaceful and quiet, perfect location. The old course is a lovely golf course.The food was perfect, the staff were so friendly and charming, only issue was the very poor selection of beers, terrible really.need to sort it out otherwise a great week had by all.

We found this place while desperately trying to find something to eat on a bank hollidays evening and we were happily surprised to arrive at a Jamaican party organised by the pub. We were welcomed by a very friendly barman and we had a huge amount of good Jamaican barbecue food. There is a spacious car park and a playground for the kids. That was a great improvised diner, thanks guys.
