Exactly what I expect from a Premier Inn. Clean room, friendly staff. Very pleasant stay. Check in process was fast and efficient. I slept very well. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the towels were of a good quality.
Stayed here recently as I was in the area for a course. Easy to find with plenty of parking, quick and easy check in with a helpful receptionist who booked me into the adjoining restaurant for something to eat. Food in the evening was good. However, despite the bed being comfy, the room was extremely hot and I had a poor night's sleep. No air con but there was a fan in the room which was very noisy and didn't make much difference. Been staying there for work purposes and used it for about 8 weeks.Rooms always clean, staff in reception always polite, friendly and helpful. Same goes for the team in the pub next door for breakfast and evening meal.Meal deal is a decent option too.
