When we entered the restaurant we were initially brought to a table that was dirty, and broken and had to ask to move tables. Although this was catered for quickly we were hurried over to another table, which was also still dirty with rubbish on the table. Situated across the road from Braintree Freeport Shopping Village in a row of "chain" restaurants and walking distance from the Retail Park. Complimentary pasta crisps on arrival (small bowl). Great food, didn't wait too long for starters or main dish.
