There are plenty of seats and there will always be seats available as the service at the till is quite slow. Cakes look fabulous and general menu for breakfasts and lunch are good. Prices are very reasonable. My gripe is the intense beeping sound that fills the air every few minutes or so.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a lift from ground floor.

Chester Greyhound retail park. No-one at the service counter but a couple of staff milling round. Eventually a lady appeared, walked across in front of us, fiddled with the coffee machine and then turned to ask what we wanted. Very abrupt. Took our order and started to make the coffee. I love the staff at Pausa but not the lack of vegan options. There used to be a roasted vegetable panini but now you only do a sloppy gissepi one which looks very unappetising. When I visit the Canterbury Pausa I find the menu very limiting. Please, please supply more vegan sarnies and panini,'s.
