Had a take away last night and it was delicious. First time trying this place and won’t be the last! As a vegan I was so happy to find a place that has a designated vegan menu- especially a vegan chicken korma!! You could tell the food is fresh- tasty and not oily. A really lovely vibe here and fabulous food. I have to say the biryani portions are enormous and I have some left for lunch tomorrow. I like the mix of home style favourites and classics on the menu. Everything we've had has been delicious and ready really promptly too. I like the eco friendly packaging as well.Keep it up - this is a super addition to Chelmsford

We would like to express our thanks to the staff at Kaani Kaana for their attention to a nut allergy someone in our party had. They were extremely responsive via instagram message throughout the day whilst we had questions about the allergens on their menu. To top this off, the service on arrival to collect our order was great, and the food was delicious. We definitely recommend!
