Great food, great service, very good choice on the menu and staff are happy to change dishes, my last visit we had the set menu, they had a spicy dish on the main menu that I had never had and asked if they would let me have this on the set menu, no problem. Best indian in town and one of the best places to eat locally. Would advise anyone visiting to try it out. The takeaway service is also great.
Excellent quality. We have now used the Taste of Bengal on 4 occasions and the taste and quality has been superb on each occasion. The vindaloo is the best I have tasted for many a long year! Chicken dishes are cooked to perfection, unlike many places (not just Indian) where chicken breast is over cooked and dry. My only criticism is that they don’t have Brinjal Bhaji!

The smell when I walked in was so lovely it made my mouth water. The food was hot, Tasty and delicious. The meat just melted in your mouth, The sauces were creamy but not to salty. The Chicken Biryani was the best I have ever tasted !!! Thank you. We will be back .Parking: Parking was a bit of a pain ? maybe, need two people one in the car, one to run in to collect. ?
