Generally very good, clear the manager was not in today( he is very friendly and efficent) . Female staff member more interested in looking at her phone then taking my order. No pastries, no music, no atmosphere.

So I had the best Experience in a while, Came at the Nero Caffe on Culver Street and wanted to have a Mocha ☕️ and to be honest it was the best ever! Alex was extraordinary same his team too! If everyone want to have a nice time this is the place where you can have coffee work on your laptop ? and so on! Thank you Alex for your effort and to your team I am very impressed how nice it is comparing when I use to come few years back….
