This place is a fine regular costa, only thing that annoyed me was as someone with an invisible disability, (IBD), their toilets have code locks on them, and then after queuing and getting my drink (which I wanted anyway but needed the toilet first really), turns out there IS no code.So not totally disability friendly. Do you REALLy need locks on the toilets, that don't even have a code.
Cake and hot chocolate was nice, the only problem was theu forgot the flakes and the marshmallows, place was dirty the poor staff run off their feet! hence tables were not cleared and cleaned, I think Costa need more staff!

Not a great fan of outside coffee but love Costa's chocolate fudge brownie frappe to the core. The only drink I would drink in Costa which I'm sure I'll not be disappointed.
