A lovely place with a very comfortable feel . Not the biggest of places but a superb range of craft beers (as as most craft beers they are on the strong side, so it pays to have a half personally).The staff were very friendly and more than happy to offer you a taster of your chosen beer ! .The three of us tried 3 different beers and got 3 very different types of glass !. It seems maybe certain beers have certain glasses !.Still well worth another visit sometime !.
Nice little place, nice atmosphere and fun music. Not too overly packed but just right.Wheelchair accessibility: It's got two big steps to get in. Not impossible if you have a hand but not really accessible.

Excellent dog friendly pub, fantastic quirky old building with a great selection of Ales. Made us feel very welcome, the interior is a proper old english tavern style, parts of this pub must go back to the 1400's. If you are in colchester this is one of my favourites.
