This has been our local chip shop for years and and seen many Chinese families run it and despite all the reviews of rudeness, I personally haven't experienced that.However the portions are tiny compared to what they used to be. You ask for a large chips and you get a handful, you ask for a large cod and you get a goldshish. Sometimes the fish can be either overcooked or greasy but I've only noticed that when it's busy. Fish is so thin so got large this time; when I got home and unwrapped it, it was smaller than the small portion previously and so thin, grey and overcooked. Thinner than sea bass. Chips are very bitty and many have black ends. Gone down hill. Won’t return.

Seem to be short staffed and till staff seem to be not quite up to the job when under pressure.Food average the chips taste quite oily and the fish is ok but the batter is also quite oily.Would use again but only as a last reserve.Sorry but there is room for improvement.
