This Greggs by the Lakeside is probably one of the best Greggs in the world. Not only is the food quality impeccable and there is a wide range of goods for sale, but the customer service is, in my experience, the best there is and to give credit where credit is due, a saleswoman named Audrie took my order in, in a busy time and I thought it would take quite a while, but I was pleasantly surprised when she took my order in less than 2 minutes. Just had a bacon roll from here, and it wasn't nice, only just cooked. First thing I did was pull off big lump fat, this definitely wasn't cooked, if I hadn't walked so far away, I would have taken it back. My advise, Give it a miss, unless you can see the bacon first.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I chose the vegan southern fried chicken wrap. As I approached the till the lady serving informed me that I could also get hot wedges and that my meal price would be less. For the money I paid less than £5 its great value and places like Greggs prove that food does not have to be overly complicated or expensive either. The food was more than enough and filling the wrap also tasted very nice for a vegan product.
