Visited here after we took our little girl to Winter Wonderland. Staff were very friendly, and there was an extensive menu to choose from, I had the salmon rigatoni, which I would definitely recommend! The only reason I have rated 4* is because my little girls food when it arrived was stone cold.Kid-friendliness: Staff are very friendly with children and offered colouring crayons and something for our little girl to draw on.Highchairs are available if requested.
A very busy Prezzo restaurant during half term which was clearly understaffed.Food good as always at Prezzo. I find the choice of starters very boring these days. No chicken/meat options.Starters came out quickly but it took over 45 minutes to get our mains. Didn't bother with desserts for this reason.

We had a very enjoyable post cinema meal. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and the food was delicious, my only suggestion is a wider choice of sorbets. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the service was at a good pace. The voucher I received for a free dessert to celebrate my Prezzo anniversary was a nice gesture. One thing, the ladies toilets could do with some attention
