I had a great lunch with an old friend the other day. The dusty miller is the perfect place to spend your afternoon. However, the atmosphere was better under the old ownership, when I was part of their team. On a positive note, the food has improved considerably in quality since I left. I had a lovely steak sandwich, which I devoured with ease. Amelia was fantastic as always, and the service is still top-notch. Too hungry for the picture, lol. BUT had the Trio Sunday Roast and it was utterly delicious! Every ingredient on that was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The chicken was particularly nicely done, juicy and tasty. It is a filling dish. No space for dessert, sadly. I’ll be back to try the sticky toffee for sure!
