When you go here at lunch times, the service is really slow. Staff are really nice though. What she they had a fast pay counter. They would get a lot more customers. I had to leave a couple of time due to slow service. Have also noticed that when you buy the Pork Sausage Bap, you now only get 3 small sausages instead of four. If Costa coffee shops are gonna start robbing their customer you'll loose then to other coffee shops. Greggs does the same bap and its cheaper. Sorry Costa...read full review

Sold out of the seasonal Maple hot chocolate, paper cups as the dishwasher is broken, again!If the croissant was baked this morning than Leyton Orient will win the Champions league! Soft and doughy, not flakey and crispy as it should have been.Disappointing ?Further to my visit here, went to the branch in Maldon High Street, dishwasher broken! Common theme here I think it's a staff issue rather than mechanical.

I would like to thank TIA for her service today.My little girl had poured my drink every where and my little girl was sitting on my lap.Tia rushed over to help me and clear everything up. Didn’t even moan was just so happy to help me out!
