We moved to the area in October and have had takeout food from Phoenix twice. Both times we've been extremely satisfied both with the food and the quality of service. We generally go down and order and wait inside. Our last order was a house special chow mein (which was delightfully saucy), duck in plum sauce (beautifully sweet), sweet and sour chicken (arguably the best one I've had from a takeout restaurant) and chilli and salt king prawns (fun and interesting flavours). I’ve used this Chinese take away since we moved here nearly 7 years ago and have never, not once been disappointed. They always get my order correct, and we’ve had some very big family get together orders! The delivery is speedy. And the food can’t be faulted. Absolutely delicious and really good size portions. We never even consider going anywhere else now.

We used to use another Rayleigh Chinese Takeaway but felt that the quality had declined. Phoenix were recommended to us and wow, what a difference! They always remember us when we order which is lovely. And their food is excellent quality! Highly recommended.
