This was my first visit to The Piano, which is tucked away behind George Street. It was a Saturday afternoon and the cafe was very busy. It is set over two floors so although the ground floor was full there was plenty of room upstairs. The staff were fast, efficient and attentive. The new owners have carried on where Adiele left off. Excellent range of cake and good fresh coffee. They have added a Guinness pump, which was great on a hot day. Always a pleasant experience.

Excellent café with beautiful classical music! The cakes are to die for! The staff are so lovely, kind and very hospitable. One of the best coffee shops I've been to. Shen you visit Saffron Walden, you must come here! ?Thank you very much!
