Staff flapping around, not organised. Then when I get my cakes home the bags missing 2 cakes. Just annoying and short changed, it's the kids cakes aswell so just all round awkward as can't give them the little treat. What am I meant to do, not driving back for 2 cakes. So irritating ?

My partner and I have often visited this branch and it’s lovely, there is a really special lady there called Isla who was so nice to us, just a gem of a person and made the best coffee ever, hands down. I hope her manager sees this and gives her a raise haha x
