I really liked it here, we had the afternoon tea for 2 and it was delicious, there was plenty there and a nice selection. Staff were really friendly and it was a nice chilled atmosphere. Would recommend and I'd definitely visit
Overall, the experience was good but it was slightly sainted by the rude waitress we had at the beginning. We hadn’t eaten at the restaurant before, and I had an email saying that our table had been booked along with our food. We then got asked for our food choices again which was slightly confusing and the waitress was clearly annoyed. She slammed our plates down and was rude and abrupt to my partner and mum. Tea room and shop attached to the world-renowned jam factory. We had the cream tea, delicious. They do a full menu of light bites, lunches and drinks. Parking free outside with disabled parking and easy accessibility. Definitely recommend.
