It was so nice, went back with daughter for lunch the following day.

40 Oak Rd, Tiptree, ColchesterAs always, the Bonnie Blue was top-notch. Our waitress was amazing! Super friendly and worked like a trojan! The food was brilliant and such a reasonable price. If it's a good hearty roast you want, without doubt, this is the best place to come. Thankyou

80 Church Rd, Tiptree, ColchesterI've been in the tiptree area for almost two years. We've always gone to the maypole and well... Despite it being a bit average we never tried anywhere else until recently. Oh my word. I can't speak highly enough of the experience. I will never go to the maypole again. I thought it was average. It's bottom of the pile compared to gardenia. The chicken balls were just... Amazing! Even the sweet and sour sauce... I mean... It's just sweet and sour source... How can it possibly taste that good? The lemon chicken was to die for. Everything we had, chow mein, dumplings, rice was top 3 if not the best we have ever had. Bloody brilliant!

Factory Hill, TiptreeA superb place to visit. Home of works famous Wilkinson jams. Visitor centre, tea rooms, museum and helpful friendly staff. Ample free parking and a great experience.
