Great place for a family lunch. Staff were brilliant and couldn't fault the service. My dad is disabled and I have two children in high chairs and made every effort to make all 6 of us comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Waiting staff were amazing.
For starter I had soup - Broccoli and Tarragon which was very smooth and had a creamy green vegetable flavour with a hint of herb which made it taste more than just broccoli and tarragon. For main meal, I had the slow cooked beef, I had a similar meal at a different restaurant about a week or so previous and the Globe's beef was much nicer. Great service, lovely ambience and the sunday lunch was lovely. They thought of everything including extra gravy, a great touch! The dessert was pretty special too and the landlord was most welcoming.
