The welcome we received was warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room fresh, clean, bright and comfortable. We ate Sunday lunch here it was very gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing loads of it! All staff we meet were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.
Wonderful staff, we could not have asked for better service. The food was delicious and the beds were comfortable. The swan Hotel is situated in y centre of Lydney, about a mile from the railway station. The Dirty Duck restaurant is well worth a visit.

Lovely hotel,very friendly staff room basic but clean. Nice bathroom.The restaurant, the Ugly Duckling is absolutely outstanding,the food was excellent and the service just as good.Well worth a visit whether you are staying there or not.
