We regularly eat at Chaplais. One of our favourite places. We went to their Thursday Tapas evening which has live music from very talented young musicians the last two times we’ve been. The Tapas was great and with the music made it a real holiday type feel. Would highly recommend.
What a lovely relaxed place with great food. I was looking for somewhere to go for a belated birthday lunch and wanted casual dining with a reasonable range of food. Just looking at the food on display as I went in suggested this was going to be a good experience. We were in no rush and the pace of the meal was gentle though we never felt forgotten. Came here for a late breakfast.There wasn't much variety for breakfast but their lunch and dinner options seems more exciting.We ordered The Works and American pancakes which were nice but nothing spectacular.Their Cotswold bacon in The Works and the American pancakes were so delicious. Perfect level of crispiness.The shop also had lots of sandwiches and other deli options to choose from. Will definitely give those a go next time.
