I live around the corner, and used this takeaway for many years going back to the early nineties, under various managements. It was always reliably good food, generous portions and good value.Sadly, since current ownership everything changed for the worse. Absolutely delicious food, great delivery, consistently good. BUT, I was a regular customer for my mushroom curry until they set minimum delivery to £13 plus delivery fee. Such a shame. I live alone now so if I order £13 worth, I don't eat all of it. I'm going to have to collect locally or find a delivery which has a cheaper minimum order.
Ordered a Wednesday night home delivery from this Takeaway at approximately 18:30, via JustEat. Ordered for three people and came to £40ish which was reasonable considering the portion sizes. The food was dispatched quickly and arrived by about 19:15. Food was nice and hot, cooked very well and of high quality and tasty. I felt it was very good Chinese food and I would recommend this takeaway. We were disappointed however not to receive a complimentary bag of prawn crackers....read full review
