We love this place: incredibly tasty bagels, fantastic cake, proper coffee - and more! Lovely staff, too, friendly, good-humoured and very efficient. It's at the edge of Cox's Meadow, an attractive and interesting piece of parkland for walking off the calories, and also a stone's throw from Cheltenham General, so very morale-boosting after a therapy session! Lovely friendly little cafe on the edge of Cox's Meadow. Perfectly situated for dog walkers or people just having a walk. The coffee is excellent and the cakes are too good to resist. Granted, parking is at premium but that's hardly the cafe's fault is it. You could always park in one of the side roads and walk....you'll feel less guilty about having that chocolate brownie!

We've used this cafe many times as a family. Walking there from home through the park. It's especially nice in the warmer months when you outside seating and the back opposite come into their own. Always lovely cakes and nice polite staff. Not part of a chain as far as I know which usually leads to a better experience.the Meadow Cafe is no exception. Reommended.
