So the place isn't perfect, as many others have pointed out but I definitely think there's been signs of improvement recently. Some new faces on the team have definitely helped. Shout out to Dave who is always incredibly professional and courteous. Also to Ash who seems to take any challenge in his stride and always appears calm under pressure. It can be a busy little place and it often feels like they are a person short which I think links to some of the other comments on here.

There was a bit of a queue when we got here but it of the three members of staff behind the counter, only one was putting much effort into serving us. The other two were having a laugh and a joke with no thought to the people waiting. It's a shame because the atmosphere is very nice here and the coffee is good.

Best coffee in Cirencester. Now a Decaff Flat White is quite easy to get wrong, but Cafe Nero consistently do produce a really good cup. They also have great Croissants and Cinammon buns and tasty toasties. It is a cafe and has something of the air of a Paris left bank cafe.Its very busy and sometimes the staff are a bit overrun, but the staff are always friendly and the coffee is great
