The coffee here is the best in town, you can tell the staff have been properly trained. The staff are always willing to help with any queries and give customers the time to ensure they have everything they need. The lady with the glasses is welcoming and well spoken which makes a difference. Lovely atmosphere where all are welcome, will definitely stop off here again.
First class service. Very caring staff towards my mother in law. We were stuck in Cirencester as my car was being fixed in Cirencester and took far longer than expected. As I was waiting at the garage the coffee shop looked after 'Jean' who is 86 and let her stay there after closing time making sure she was warm and safe until I managed to pick her up. So a huge thank you to the very kind and considerate staff who were so helpful towards Jean! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

It's a busy & large Coffee shop. Great choice of drinks. Coconut milk Latte was very nice. Poor choice for cakes/biscuits, plus very overpriced for the size. Allows dogs . Seating was OK, not the best for 6 plus. Chairs weren't that comfortable. The only available table for 8 was by the busy toilets, that should have been cleaner ! Only one staff member was talkative and friendly. Flat white was small and not that hot.
