Ordered for collection, the pizza tracker said my 2 pizzas were ready, went into the store to collect, it took 10 minutes for a member of staff to speak to me with multiple staff looking at me and walking past, all while shouting and swearing at eachother. When I did get served they said one pizza would take 2 more minutes. 45 minutes later I received the other pizza waiting a total of 1 hour 15 minutes for 2 pizzas, I complained but I didn’t even get an apology, just the excuse...read full review
I never write reviews however I was rather unhappy that on collection orders you can not use cash which I believe is still very much legal tender. After visiting today with only cash and being adamantly told no cash- clearly they'd rather throw food away.... It was then clear to me that the manager was being put in a difficult position and he ended up paying for my order himself and I give him the cash. Delicious fresh ‘mighty meaty’ and ‘pepperoni passion’ pizza, both utterly delicious, with superb base and topping. Speedy service! Will definitely re-order and highly recommend Domino’s Pizza! ?
