I felt compelled to leave this review simply due to the fact that their are some pathetic negative reviews .., I mean seriously, read some of them ! Talk about splitting hairs ! It’s a great cafe , we’ve been using it for years and it’s consistently very good. The only negative I would say is they sometimes close without warning, or maybe close early but that’s only happened couple of times .., it’s a great cafe and really important for the town.
We had a lovely stop at the Bank Cafe halfway along our days trek on the Cotswold Way.The place was buzzing, lots of people looking happy, eating and chatting. A good sign of loved cafe! Great!We only had a a cappuccino and chocolate brownie but that was enough to keep us going.It’s a lovely looking cafe with a fun interior and friendly staff.Highly recommended.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

A regular haunt for us as a family, be it for food (amazing cakes!) or just a quick drink before swimming lessons at the nearby Pulse leisure centre. Friendly staff, great coffee (or hot chocolate) free lollipops for kids and a variety of seating makes this a winner. Also plays some great music in the background and the decor is fantastic.
