The George in Kempsford is a wonderful place to eat, drink & relax with your family & friends. Emi is a superb hostess & ensures everything runs smoothly front of house. We always receive a warm welcome when we visit & she always makes the effort to stop for a chat & a laugh/joke. Roger cooks up a storm in the kitchen. Always well looked after, party of 6 adults 3 children, 1 more on the way ? food brilliant and lots of choice! Our second return visit all travelling an hour or more. Thanks again for looking after us!

The fish and chips are magnificent!! My only grumble is that the menu online does not match the one we were given at our table. My husband was so looking forward to having either the vension or beef cheeks and I really wanted to try the parfait with quince but alas neither were on the menu
