Bar • “We went into The Royal Exchange expecting the usual ho-hum pub food and walked out completely blown away by a fantastic meal prepared and presented beautifully. This fantastic country pub has such a lovely buzz when you walk in - we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff. Our server, Jo, was absolutely lovely and patient with us while we asked questions about the menu, and she was careful to check that we didn't have any allergies. We asked a few questions about the pub and the local area and when she didn't know the answer, she went above and beyond to find out. The food itself was delicious! My husband had the cod loin wrapped in salmon special and I had the chicken ballotine in tarragon butter sauce. It was beautifully plated - as pretty as anything in a fancy London restaurant with great portions and a reasonable price. We will DEFNITELY be heading back to this location again.”
