A lively bar, we did book a table in the restaurant but as it was not busy choose to eat in the bar area. You had to order the food and drinks at the bar and pay immediately but that was not an issue for us. The service was quick and the food really tasty, great portion size and very good value for money. It was not fancy food but it was the best meal we had during our stay in Gloucester. Delicious home made food at great prices my second visit to Gloucester and came here for food the first time it was so good I came back again! Both times went for the chefs special and was mightily impressed on both occasions! If I visit Gloucester again this will be where I’m going for food once again! Absolutely champion! Keep up the good work

Very impressed with the food this afternoon (2pm) .Everything was so tasty! You could taste each individual vegetable. Sad they don't do cocktails..... but the Gin was good haha. Not your normal bland shop brought stuffParking: Nearest car park has closed down. The NCP car park is soooo expensive. I would park on top of Eastgate shopping centre.
