Really enjoy visiting this Costa as it is run by a great management and team that create delicious coffee, personalised hospitality, and ensures that the place is always tidy. Highly recommended!
Sadly I won’t be returning.. went here 2 weeks ago for a meet up with friends and our babies. Needed a quiet place so that’s why I suggested this Costa as it’s always quiet. Spend 3 hours here and spent a lot of money on drinks/food. However today I got an £85 parking fine for staying over the max stay as it’s a privet land? Yet I parked in the area that was for Costa customers. Apparently it’s a max of 2 hours in that area? I had no idea Costa and their tiny car park...read full review

Food is pricey, but was nice. Service was good, but part of our order was missed and we had to remind someone. Very polite, but everyone seems to have a headset on and taking drive thru orders as well as serving front of house. Would be better if someone was dedicated to taking drive thru orders to allow others to properly concentrate on in store customers. Feels like the staff are expected to juggle multiple stations which doesn't seem right.
