Nice surprise to find this little cafe at Lydney Harbour. Perfect to enjoy a coffee, cake or toastie or all 3! Great customer service. Staff very friendly. Excellent location for a rest after exploring the area. I had GF cake (would have been nice to have had a toastie, but never mind - its a tough call for Gluten Free particularly when it's a small establishment & I fully understand that). There was the option of Soup which was also GF. Hubby said his bacon & cheese toastie...read full review

This is a wonderful extension to the hips social in Lydney and a perfect addition to the newly renovated and refreshed historic harbour in Lydney. They offer a variety of great hot and cold drinks and some delicious snacks, cakes and other treats. They also offer ice cream so there is something for everyone

Excellent top end cafe serving drinks, light snacks and yummy cakes. A great place to stop en route to a jaunt around the Harbour. Shame there are building works all around but this is still a beautiful spot. Free parking and doggy friendly, recyclable packaging too which is a bonus. Very friendly as well
