Bar • “Superb in every way. We were a group of 10 and we stopped here for lunch. What a great choice! The mains were so good that we got tempted into having puddings, which were even better! I reckon you can't go wrong here, probably everything on the menu is going to be nice. Good beer too, and great service. It's a pleasure to see a pub being run this well.”
Bar • “I have been going to this pub for years. It is a lovely place, whether you are going with friends and family for a meal or for a quick beer after work. It has a good beer garden that has plenty of seats for the summer. There is also a pool table and a dart board. The clothiers has a traditional pub feel, well worth a visit.Walkability: It is a 5min walk from Stroud town centreFood & drinks: The food is always very good with a nice variety at a reasonable price. There is a good range of drinks.”

All staff members lovely & friendly.Well worth a visit, if you stay overnight, you definitely need to have breakfast in the morning. Really great choice and very delicious xxxRooms: Our room was lovely. Bed was really comfortable.Food & drinks: The Cider & real ale choice was good. Breakfast was amazing, with a good choice of cooked options. I had Smiled Salmon & Scrambled eggs one day & Poached haddock & poached eggs on the other. My husband had the full English breakfast which he really liked.We were out in evening and so didn't have an evening meal but the sandwiches were very nice.Really lovely food, made even better by the friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay.”
Bar • “Called in here on Saturday for a drink with my wife and a friend having seen their posts on Facebook. We sat in the courtyard garden and ordered drinks from the young, but highly capable staff. We saw others having lunch and, seeing the quality coming out of the kitchen, decided we would too. We ordered the bacon, brie and cranberry sandwich which came with crisps and coleslaw and two prawn cocktails. They were all delicious!This place is also dog friendly and our dog was offered a gluten free sausage on the house.We also met the owners who came over to have a chat.All in all this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend a visit.”

“The staff are so welcoming and family orientated it's un real. I felt so catered for and was left extremely satisfied. Best Italian restaurant by far! I would definitely be coming back, even from Bristol again!”
