Xmas day lunch was wonderful! A warm welcome with amazing food. Made us feel special, with all the staff so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were obviously happy in their work. We left pleasantly stuffed!
The thing with a Sunday roast is that it takes time prepare and défini needs love if it is going to be good - in my opinion and experience it is does not lend itself well to pub food. But what do I know? Not least as the pub chef(s) if they have the love (and time) will make touches that you would not think of.
