I recently visited a Costa Coffee and was in for a treat. Not the coffee, mind you. The barista was having a dance-off with the man moonlighting outside. It was a spectacle, I tell you. Every time a customer walked in, the barista would pause, take their order and then continue his moonlit jig. Relaxed, spacious environment. Stroud is awash with mediocre cafes and eateries, but having been disappointed with the majority of them (mainly due to the environment) – I have migrated back to Costa. I wouldn't normally patronise a compnay owned by Coca-Cola but if they get it right....why not!!

Cafe clean. Would have liked a serviette but didn't appear to be any about. Toasted Sandwich was brought out quickly.. perfect if you pushed for time.Nice seating and well spaced.Wheelchair access door on side.
