We stayed here for a week, using it as a base whilst visiting the Cotswolds. It was a lovely place, the staff were all so welcoming and pleasant by the time we left it was as though we'd been friends for ages! The breakfast was freshly made to order with a good choice. This hotel is a quaint old pub with a very bubbly and pleasant landlady, Sophia. She was a delight to talk to and was happy to help with anything - very impressive for a young lady running a pub/hotel. The ales available were great for me, especially Rev James - goes down very well! The bedroom was clean and with a big comfortable double bed. Plenty of extras and the shower was great. Rooms impeccably clean, full English breakfast a work of art, although I was stuffed all day. Love the old pub games. Noise from the bar until late but all quiet after that. Can't fault the staff. All good.
