This being my first time in Tewkesbury, I had no idea of a decent place to eat my evening meal. I settled on the Boathouse, and was not disappointed. The restaurant is accessed via a flight of stairs, so is not for everyone. The restaurant has a great view overlooking the River Avon weir, which is perfect on a late summer's evening. Overall, I came away feeling satisfied, and would not hesitate to call in again if I happened to be in the area again.
Hello Our dining experience at this restaurant was truly outstanding. The cozy ambiance, diverse menu, delicious food, and attentive service made it a special evening. We can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary delights. Highly recommended.

Really nice bar. Great views of the river and canal.Nice tasty food, good service, nice friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking, and seating in and out, couldn't see a lift so maybe not wheelchair friendly. Best to call.5 minutes walk to centre of Tewkesbury.
