Great pub, especially for watching sport. Loads of screens—sometimes showing different games at once—which makes it ideal for match days. The front is more of a restaurant, but head to the back for the real action. There’s a tiny beer garden out front, but don’t be fooled—the real garden out back is huge, leafy, and brilliant in the sun. Order via the QR code for speed and ease. Food’s decent, if a bit overpriced. Staff are lovely, and the crowd has that classic, friendly South West London energy. A solid spot for weekend pints and big games.

Great spot near Balham station!

I recently stopped by Caffè Nero in Balham and enjoyed my visit. I tried some of their new cakes, which were delicious, and as always, the coffee was excellent.

The shop has a cosy atmosphere, and I especially liked the nice downstairs area—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. It’s also just a short walk from Balham station, making it super convenient. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for good coffee and tasty treats!

I’ve visited my local McDonalds several times now, with each experience being just as good as the last. The management have everything running perfectly without compromising on customer experience. I particularly enjoy going here as all the staff carry a great sense of humour without loosing their attention to detail. McDonald’s should use the staff at there Balham branch as a bench mark for others.
