It was my first time visiting this Nero, conveniently located within walking distance of Clapham Junction station. The staff were friendly, and the service was great. Croisan was soggy caffe was medicore. No smile no hello bored service.Used to like Nero. Its not the same as before. Will prefer choose any other cafe around where costumer wellcomed and respected.

Hire more staff, if you can’t, just reduce the opening hours, the poor girl that just served me was clearly overwhelmed with the amount of costumers and she was the only team member, bless her! Shame on you guys!
