This Caffè Nero sits between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street, alongside St James’s Church with an entrance from both streets. Well made coffee, pastries and cakes. A nice cozy atmosphere, with seating on two levels. Service usually friendly, giving this Nero a local neighbourhood feel in the middle of the city. But.... Staff was really nice and friendly, level of cleanliness - bearable. My decaf cappuccino tasted of very burned coffee, which was a big surprise, I used to buy it in this chain quite frequently.
I took to friends of mine there, after we'd been shopping at Fortnum & Mason. We sat in the courtyard ate the back and it has small garden were you can sit on sunny days and relax
