Had a wonderful lunch at this hotel. Our server, Diane, added to the great experience, being efficient with bringing the food and collecting our plates and giving her own personal recommendations. The food was wonderful; there is a set menu option which is great, and I believe it is available during the week as well.
Delicious ? fish and chips,has to wait outside for 10minites for my fish and chips,but was worth waiting, never had such Delicious fish and chips anywhere else,but they even charge for the Box if you want to fish and chips in the Box ,which was bit mean

Not as nice as the previous owners. Chips not as crispy/ fresh or chunky and fish had way too much batter on them- lacking in taste. Don't know if its the oil or what??So disappointed as for years always looked forward to friday's. Hopefully it will improve to the previou owner standards.
