It's a MaccieD's. You know exactly what you're going to get. The food is exactly the same all over the world. So it's my comfort food. Some of the ordering screens were having hiccups and the McDonald's app never works for me. The site was the Chelsea Drugstore.
My sister and I visited your branch on the 28th of September for a late lunch. I have to say that Ali from Customer Care was definitely the kindest person we met in a customer facing role and it's remarkable how attentive and professional he is at his job. I like eating McDonald's every now and again, but seriously it's not healthy to eat more often. It's delicious but we need to take this fact into consideration that it's not healthy. One in a month is OK, more than that is not.
