This restaurant popped on my Instagram as a sponsored ad.. Went for dinner on Sunday. It wasn’t very busy so service and food was quite quick. Food was excellent.. mexican fusion. We liked the cabbage.. unfortunately the mole was not available. The interior is super pretty and they got very expensive, fancy speakers. Someone did a good job with that. First time I visited Ixel and won’t be last one for sure! The place it’s just beautiful, from the moment you walk in they have this beautiful scent. The food was super tasty, the service spot on, our waitress was Fatima and she explained every dish perfectly as well as one of the managers raffaelle, he made possible for us to have a last minute table for us to have dinner. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had many amazing dinners all over the world, but my first time at Ixchel yesterday lunch. will go down as one of the best! Impeccable, great hospitality skill. fun (though slightly frenetic) atmosphere and food that is stunningly good — beautifully presented, perfectly executed, insanely delicious. The Maître d’ was great
