Just very disappointed of the staff services. Did happened to me way to many times ordering for example caramel flat white and not adding caramel. Even double-checking with the till person and says that they added but they haven't. Or they already had that type of coffee already made and when someone order that specific product they will give it to you in like no more that 30 seconds being not hot ,just warm.
I would Like to say I can’t thank Nasa enough for her incredible effort and consistent amazing customer service to blessed the customers. She always greeted me with lovely smile and give me best service. Thank you Nasa for being amazing

Shame, food and coffee quite nice.Attitude toward 3 paying customers arriving 40mins prior to closure not being given the courtesy of seating either downstairs or upper rear.Simple grasp of customer service from supervisor would have made it a 4/5 star visit. So easy to keep customers happy and yet senior staff simple failure to grasp what basic service is.
