Having grown up in the area many years ago, I chose The Greyhound, as Carshalton Ponds is still a ‘village’ retreat away for the surrounding London metropolis. I went for the setting but came away in awe of the pub/hotel and staff! I live in Devon now but my husband had to go to Cheam for open heart surgery. He was supposed to be in and out in a week, however he developed pneumonia and I rushed up to be with him. I didn't know how long I needed to go for and told the staff...read full review

A fantastic stay at the Greyhound. Colm and Anne Marie and the team were so helpful and friendly, made the stay so enjoyable.great value too - I'll be staying there again in a few weeks.Neil A.

A fantastic New Year meal, drinks and music. Food really was excellent. Thank you for an amazing evening and start to 2024!! As always, a great atmosphere and service, particularly Mya. Would thoroughly recommend the Greyhound for food and drinks. Also dog friendly! Thanks guys and happy new year!!
