Ordered hot chocolate and tea. Realised people who purchased after me were getting their drinks. I ask and told they hadn't come through to machine. Was given drinks and had seen the milk had been sat on side a while. Tried it and said could I have hot one. The rude female server said it was boiling. I drank 3 mouths to prove it was cold. Overall, the place looked quite dirty, with stains on walls, doors, and door handles. The toilets were dirty, full stop and need deep cleaning. Underneath the coffee machine counter there was a lot of dirt and the floors looked dirty as well.

Staff are absolutely lovely, I come here most days and always get a good service specially Esmerilda,she is always friendly and kind✨Good consistency on the quality of the products.
