Had a Sunday roast here earlier today. The place has a nice vibe however the wait staff were very indifferent bordering on rude. Overall now attentive. Roast was ok and nicely presented however the meat was cold and the rest of the plate was room temperature which was disappointing.
Had my birthday dinner here and food was great and venue very nice and intimate. Food wise, the only thing I did not enjoy was the beef, and although the Calamari was very nice, I personally don't think it matches with the mains menu, maybe change it for some fancy pigs in a blanket or something. Also, I had a few timing issues with a couple of meals, but it was resolved quickly, and the service was very good. Nice setting for a restaurant / bar. The first I came here for dinner I wasn’t so impressed with the food. But I recently returned for brunch and it was delicious. The sweetcorn has was great and we also ordered a side of bacon and sausages for the table both of which made the meal perfect! Staff were really friendly, very relaxed vibe. Would return for brunch again.
