Jags and his team always go above and beyond to keep their customers happy!!The staff members are polite and always cater for individual needs.Kid-friendliness: The disabled toilet had a changing table and it was clean!
Very professional and friendly staff who welcomed us with enthusiasm and offers of latest menu items. Food service was prompt and staff checked on us a couple of times during dining to make sure everything was ok. All was topped off by a cheery and positive 'goodbye'. One point for improvement however, will be to freshen up the smell of the seating area near the toilets- quite musty and strong trace of industrial cleaning chemicals. Been to nandos more times then i can possibly count, but never have i ever had an experience like this. Nick was absolutely amazing, he is probably the nicest person i have ever come across. he was so attentive and can not stress enough how lovely he was. the food was really good as well, but the team just made everything so much nicer. Thank you all so much!!!
