Visited for meetings the other week, found the location easily, sadly not enough parking.Beautiful hotel, from what I saw, didn't sty the night so couldn't comment on the roomsStaff where helpful in providing information, but sadly seemed distracted and not attentive/present.
Its an OK airport hotel, rooms are big and on-site sports bar and restaurant were good. Unfortunately on this stay it was the mobile Bonvoy that gave me a bad experience. On the train from London I wanted to know if there was a shuttle bus from T2&3, I chatted directly with the hotel through the app and was told that there is, but it only runs once an hour. I enquired about the timetable and was told I would need to speak to the airport staff. Given this hotel is clearly an airport...read full review

Very tired and rundown now. The main reason we used to like to stay here was the cocktail bar and tropical swimming pool. These are no longer open. For the money you may as well stay next door at the marriott.Even the staff are no longer as helpful as on previous stays here. The rooms are dated, air con was broken, room service wasn't brilliant although the chicken wings were good.I would not stay here again unless they reopen the pool and bar.
